Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (U.S. only).

Carriers Used

We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size and destination. Tracking info is provided once your order ships.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@agapehandcraftedgoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to replace or refund items as appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during shipping.
